What is an EAP? An Employee Assistance Program is a benefit set up by WWT to provide you with assistance in dealing with those personal concerns that may affect your work or home life. The benefit is established on the premise that your talent and productivity are the organization’s greatest asset. Your health, both physical and emotional, is essential to your personal success and to WWT. The EAP provides confidential, professional assistance to you and your family for a wide range of personal concerns. This benefit is provided at no cost to you and your family.
Who is covered under the EAP? You and your dependent family members are covered. Should you have a question about eligibility for services, call Personal Assistance Services (PAS) at (800)-356-0845 or email your question to PAS at email@example.com or contact your Human Resources representative.
What types of problems can the EAP help me resolve? The EAP is an excellent resource to find help for personal, family and work/life balance concerns. Some of the areas covered by the EAP include:

Real Appeal (excluding Hawaii)
Real Appeal is an online weight loss program that can help you take small steps that lead to big results. Everyone who joins the program is connected with a personal Transformation Coach for step-by-step guidance for an entire year and will receive a Success Kit filled with tools to help you on your weight loss journey at no cost – not even a co-pay or deductible. WWT Family Health Center
WWT knows the importance of offering good health benefits, and the value of being concerned with the overall health and wellness of our employees and others covered by our health plan. Because of these things, WWT offers employees and families access to two on-site health centers. Our Family Health Centers are managed by Mercy which is one of the top five health systems in the U.S. with over 700 physicians. Mercy is also leading the way in Tele-health and Virtual healthcare through their innovative and creative processes. There are two Family Health Centers. One located in St. Louis, MO – Building 58 and another in Edwardsville, IL – Lakeview Building.

WWT’s Family Health Center will provide the following services:
- Urgent Care Services, ages 2 and up
- Lab Services
- Wellness and Prevention Visits, ages 10 and up
- Annual Wellness Screenings
- Annual Flu Vaccinations
- Prescription Drug Dispensary
What are the hours of operation?
Monday thru Friday, 7 am – 4 pm
Who is eligible?
These services are available to all employees, part-time and full-time, regardless of health plan status. Family members may also use the health center if they’re currently members on WWT’s health plan. Children ages 2-10 are only eligible to receive acute and urgent care services. Primary care services are available from age 10 and beyond. Remote and International employees also have access to the health center when they visit St. Louis or Illinois.
What does it cost?
Nothing! That’s right, it’s free healthcare. Employees and covered dependents can utilize services in the Family Health Center without copays, deductibles, or premiums.
How is it staffed?
Mercy has staffed the WWT’s Family Health Centers with a Doctor and a Nurse Practitioner, who will alternate locations. There will also be a Registered Nurse and Medical Assistant in each location.
Milk Stork makes it easier for nursing moms to travel for work! Moms can overnight daily milk deliveries back to the baby without having to worry about TSA or using what is in the freezer. Milk Stork takes care of all the logistics so moms can focus on the work trip! For more information please check out the document under More Information.
